HOW A SESSION WORKS
A conversation, not a procedure.
You can start with a free 20-minute call, or book a session straight away: by video, call or chat, in English or Arabic. You share only what you choose, we work out what's going on together, and you leave with something to do.
OPTIONAL: A FREE CALL
20 minutes to see if we're a fit. Free.
You shouldn't have to pay to find out someone isn't right for you. So if you'd like to talk first, the first 20 minutes are free. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so, and you owe nothing. It's an option, not a step: if you already know, book a session straight away.
- 01You tell me what's going on, in a few sentences.
- 02I ask a few questions to understand it.
- 03I tell you honestly how I'd work with it, or that I'm not the right person.
- 04You ask me anything you want.
- 05You decide afterwards, in your own time. I don't chase.
BOOKING
From a message to a session.
- 01You send a short request. The free call or a session, a time that suits you, and one way to reach you.
- 02We agree on a time.I reply myself, and all times are given in UTC: one shared world clock that never changes for summer or winter, so there's never confusion about when we meet.
- 03Then you pay, not before.Once the time is agreed, I send a payment link. The free call needs no payment at all.
- 04You get the link.A Google Meet link, or my Telegram username, and we start on time.
All I need from you is one way to reach you: an email or a Telegram username. No real name, no phone number. What I never ask for →
IN THE SESSION
No mystery. This is the whole method.
- 01You start wherever you want. There's no right place to begin. Share only what you choose, at your own pace.
- 02We talk, and it flows. You talk and I ask, or I ask and you talk. A conversation, not an interview.
- 03I say what I see.Out loud, as it forms, so you always know what I'm thinking.
- 04You correct me.The picture gets sharper together. You know your life better than I do.
- 05Heavy things are welcome. If you bring something hard, we work with it from the first session. No months of preparation first.
- 06You leave with next steps.Sometimes talking is enough. When it isn't, you get something to do: an action, a practice, a book, depending on what's going on.
What we draw on depends on you: psychology, biology, philosophy, neuroscience, body and nervous-system work, parts and shadow work. Whatever actually helps you move, not one school.
FORMATS
Pick what suits you.
1 hour
VIDEO OR CALL
Where most people start. Enough time to get to the real thing and leave with a next step.
2 hours
VIDEO OR CALL
For when you want to go deep without stopping halfway through something important.
Chat
TELEGRAM
Live, for a set time. For when talking out loud is hard, or you can't speak freely at home. Before it, you write out what's going on in your own words, so the session goes straight to the work instead of typing the background.
Where: Google Meet for video or call. You can join from a browser. Telegram for chat or call, with only your username.
Language: English or Arabic, and you can switch between them whenever you like.
AFTERWARDS
One session at a time. Nothing to commit to.
Some people come once and that's enough. Some come back over a few weeks while they work something through. You decide each time, and you book each session on its own.
I'd rather you need me less. And if I'm not the right person for what you need, I'll tell you plainly.
QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Before you book.
Do I need to know what's wrong first?
No. Most people don't. Bring it as it is and we'll find it together.
What if I go quiet or get emotional?
That's fine. There's no pace you have to keep up with, and silence is part of it too.
Do I have to show my face?
No. You can keep your camera off, take a voice call, or use chat.
Is this therapy?
It's private one-to-one work on what's going on with you. It isn't licensed clinical treatment, and I don't diagnose. What this isn't →
Talk first, or go straight in.
The 20-minute call is free and optional. No payment details, and no pressure to book anything after.
WHAT THIS ISN'T
Not for a crisis. If you're in danger or thinking about ending your life, call your emergency number now: 112 in Europe, 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, or your country's local number.
