If you'd like to talk first, a 20-minute call is free. Otherwise, one hour by video or call is $70, two hours is $120, and a 45-minute live chat is $40. You pay for one session at a time, after we've agreed when. No packages, no subscriptions, no deposit.

ONE FREE SESSION A MONTH
If money is what's stopping you, tell me.
Every month, one one-hour session is free for someone who can't afford it. Just say so when you get in touch.
No proof, and no questions about your money. I'd rather trust you than make you explain yourself.
If this month's is already taken, you're first for next month.
CHANGING THE TIME
Need to change the time?
Move it, any time
You can always move your session to a new time, for free.
Cancel 6 hours or more before
You get your money back, minus the small payment fee.
Cancel less than 6 hours before
You get half your money back.
I have to cancel
You get all your money back, or we pick a new time. Your choice.
QUESTIONS ABOUT MONEY
Asked plainly, answered plainly.
Why so much lower than therapy?
On purpose. Help shouldn't cost a week's wages, and one session shouldn't be a big financial decision.
What if the session doesn't help?
I can't promise an outcome, and I won't pretend to. If you're unsure, the free call lets you hear how I work before you pay anything.
Is there a discount for several sessions?
No. The price is already low, and every session is booked on its own, so you're never paying ahead for ones you might not want.
Why is chat 45 minutes?
Typing live is slower and more tiring than talking, for both of us. 45 minutes keeps it focused and useful.
